Geoneon Named to Top 50 in Global QBE AcceliCITY Resilience Challenge

We are excited to share that Geoneon has advanced to the Top 50 in the QBE AcceliCITY Resilience Challenge, one of the world’s leading accelerators for smart and resilient city solutions.

Now in its eighth year, the Challenge is a partnership between Leading Cities and QBE Insurance. This year’s program attracted 822 applications from 71 countries—and Geoneon was first shortlisted to the Top 100, and now to the Top 50.

AcceliCITY is more than a competition. It is:

• An accelerator program with mentorship, city partnerships, and investor connections
• A certification pathway equipping startups to navigate public–private partnerships
• A curriculum and networking hub, with weekly learning and monthly sessions that connect innovators directly with government leaders worldwide

The program helps open doors to municipal partners, accelerates deployment, and strengthens solutions that improve resilience and sustainability for communities.

At Geoneon, our focus is on AI-powered climate risk intelligence: mapping vegetation, wildfire severity, and exposure to hazards.
